Komin Shimbun was established approximately 75 years ago during the post-war reconstruction period to disseminate information from Tokyo City (now Tokyo Metropolitan Government) to other regions.

Later, the Local Newspaper Association was established, and as a member, our company has published newspapers specializing in information on metropolitan government, police, and fire services.

 

Our company's Komin Shimbun is a newspaper that focuses on information about Tokyo government, Tokyo administrative agencies, and local areas.

The newspaper is published based on interviews with political parties, politicians, and Tokyo government agencies, as well as surveys of Tokyo residents.

The main recipients are members of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, members of the House of Representatives and House of Councillors for the Tokyo region, fire stations, police stations, ward offices, etc.

 

We will also promote the attractions of Tokyo to people overseas and promote Tokyo's inbound strategy.
